Deontay Wilder's brother Marsellos Wilder suffers another defeat, this time to 6-13 journeyman who h

Deontay Wilder’s younger brother Marsellos Wilder suffered the third defeat of his career on Saturday night in Florida.

The 32-year-old cruiserweight is four years Deontay's junior, but seemingly will never reach the level of his brother.

Deontay reigned as WBC heavyweight champion for five years between 2015 and 2020.

He was 42-0-1 (41 KOs) before coming unstuck against Tyson Fury.

Marsellos on the other hand is now 5-3 (2 KOs) as a professional.

He won his first three fights after turning pro in 2018.

However, 6-12 journeyman William Deets knocked him out in early 2019 to hand him his first loss.

Marsellos then recovered with two wins and was scheduled to fight on the undercard of Deontay's rematch with Luis Ortiz in late 2019.

This backfired as 2-1-2 journeyman Dustin Long dramatically KOd him.

Thankfully this did not impact Deontay who knocked out Ortiz later that night regardless.

After his second loss Marsellos took over two years away from the ring.

He returned to action on Saturday night against 6-13 journeyman Eric Abraham, who had lost his last nine fights.

This comeback did not go to plan though as he was beaten by split decision and now has a total record of 5-3 (2 KOs).
